This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Buffalo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had a phenomenal meal at The ZamZam Indian Cuisine before a concert at Town Ballroom. It is so exciting to have another great restaurant on Main Street to enjoy for pre-theatre and pre-music event dining. The restaurant is right at the corner of Chippewa and Main in the old TGIFridays building, underneath the Holiday Inn Express. Truly an elite Main Street location. Both the food and service were fantastic. Standout dishes were veggie korma, saag paneer, butter chicken, garlic naan, veggie samosas, and aloo paratha. Cannot wait to go back and try more dishes next time - the menu is stocked with awesome options. Restaurant is wheelchair and mobility device accessible, with ramp entry in and there is also a ramp to the restrooms.

I had Chicken Biryani with a Cheese Naan. The cheese naan was fresh, warm, and tasty. The chicken biryani had a generous portion size and was very flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and delicious . Great value for the amount of food, and Iβd definitely come back.

Exceptional Indian food. We were in Buffalo for 3 days for a conference. We loved the food so much that we ended up eating there for all 3 nights, each time with new friends. Everyone appreciated the quality of the food and the service. We take pride in our knowledge of Indian food and this is an exceptional place. All the dishes we tried were excellent, specially the yellow daal, often the best indicator of how good a restaurant is. Thank you Jameel. You made our trip to Buf worthwhile.

When we first entered restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the manager who was very polite and caring. Amazing hospitality and the food was even better. The chicken 65 paired with the butter chicken made for a delicious meal. We also had these lamb kebabs that were delicious. The strawberry mango lassi is also a must. Again, service was amazing and the environment was peaceful. Definitely will be going back soon.
